The monitoring and evaluating team in Saed Charity Association has done a field survey of the areas where newly displaced people have taken as a refuge. Through it, they identified the needs of those displaced people which are:

Blankets, sponges, food baskets, heaters, heating fuel.

Also, the families that will be targeted have been identified, and they share the following standards:

1. The family should be newly displaced.
2. The family has no breadwinner or has no income.
3. The family needs heat fuel and does not have heater.
4. The family has not got a help from another similar projects.
